About

Work

Realism Meets Dreams

In these pieces, I wanted to create a balance between the softness of human expression and the vivid, almost surreal environments surrounding them. By layering rich, vibrant colors and intricate patterns around delicate, lifelike portraits, I aimed to evoke a sense of fluidity and dreamlike wonder, while still anchoring the viewer in the realism of the figures.

Fluid Emotions

In this series, I aimed to explore the fluid relationship between form and emotion, blending human expression with abstract, water-like elements. The choice of soft, flowing strokes mimics the organic movement of water, reflecting the fluidity of thoughts and emotions that shape our identities. I limited the palette to muted blues and earthy tones to create a serene, almost meditative atmosphere, while splashes of color burst out to symbolize moments of inner intensity.

Flourish Within

In this collection, I explore the symbiotic relationship between nature, organic forms, and the human spirit, merging loosely painted portraits with elements of the natural world. The vibrant, blooming florals and intertwined animals serve as metaphors for inner growth, connection, and the harmony between our external and internal landscapes.

Raw Expressions

I sought to capture raw, unfiltered emotion, using expressive faces and intense, vivid tears to reflect moments of deep vulnerability and personal turmoil. The  color choices—ranging from fiery reds to cool blues—mirror the emotional spectrum from anguish to quiet reflection.

Organic Identity

In this series, I explored the fusion of human identity with abstract organic forms, using detailed linework and vibrant splashes of color to create a sense of dynamic transformation. The blending of floral and natural patterns with the human face reflects a connection to nature, growth, and the unseen forces that shape us.

Inner Calm

In these works, I explore moments of deep reflection, where the human form gently coexists with elements of nature. The earthy tones lend a sense of calm, as the figures seem to find peace within themselves and their environment.
